PLEASE THOROUGHLY READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOUR BOOKING IS CONSIDERED AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT OF ALL POLICIES. ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELATION IF ANY POLICY IS VIOLATED.

exact location will be sent out via text message to the phone number on file 24 hours prior to your appointment (or sooner if your appointment is booked same day). my calendar is based in norfolk, virginia and washington, dc therefore, please be sure to carefully select the correct location when booking. selecting the incorrect location will result in a cancelation fee that is equal to 50% of the booked service.

payment policy

svs nail studio currently accepts all major credit cards, apple pay, and cash only. cash app, zelle, venmo, and checks are not acceptable forms of payment. these forms of payment may be used to add a tip to your service.

guest policy

there are no children or guests allowed at your appointment for any reason.

cancelation policy

24 hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations. if your appointment is canceled outside of that 24 hour window a cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. the cancelation fee will be 50% of the total cost of the service booked.

no call no show policy

if you book an appointment but no call no show you will not be eligible to book future appointments and a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the total service booked will be charged to your card on file.

no rushed work

please keep in mind that an average appointment time is 2-5 hours. i do not recommend making any additional appointments (beauty maintenance, doctors appts. etc) on the same day, as your end time may run over, especially when booking nail art. please book the appropriate nail art tier and again anticipate that more time may be needed. if you have any questions about exactly how to book your desired service or your appointment length please reach out to me.
