POLICIES
ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION IF ANY POLICY IS VIOLATED. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO BOOKING PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME. YOUR BOOKING IS CONSIDERED AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT OF ALL POLICIES.
location
for new clients, exact location will be sent out via text message to the phone number on file 24 hours prior to your appointment (or sooner if booked same day).
payments
svs nail studio currently accepts all major credit cards, apple pay, and cash only. cash app, zelle, venmo, and checks are not acceptable forms of payment. however, all forms of payment listed above may be used to add a tip to your service.
all appointments require a card on file. the credit card on file will only be charged in the case of a cancelation fee. if there is not a credit card on file for you at the time of booking your appointment will be canceled and you will have to rebook.
for prepaid appointments please be aware that additional funds will be required at checkout if your appointment is booked incorrectly e.g. wrong nail art tier or nail length
guests
no children or guests are permitted to accompany you during your appointment for any reason.
cancellations
24 hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations. if your appointment is cancelled outside of that 24 hour window your appointment can not be rescheduled, a cancellation fee will be charged, and you will have to rebook online. all cancellation fees will be 50% of the the service booked and charged to your card on file.
additionally, please double check your confirmation text/email to ensure you have selected the correct date/time for your appointment. if you book incorrectly and cannot make it, you will be charged a cancellation fee and you will have to rebook online.
first time clients: if you book an appointment but no call/no show you will not be eligible to book a future appointment. in addition, a cancellation fee will be charged.
punctuality
all clients will receive a 15 min. grace period. if you arrive after that 15 minute window and i cannot accept your appointment, you will have to rebook online and a cancellation fee will be charged.
please show up exactly on time for your appointment. not early and not late. if you are going to be even 1 minute late please communicate that to me as a common courtesy.
sick/illness
do not come to your appointment if you are exhibiting any symptoms of a cold, flu, covid-19 etc. when you show up sick to your appointment you are putting me and everyone in the building at risk. if you are feeling under the weather please reach out to me directly so that we can reschedule you.
no rushed work
please keep in mind that an average appointment time is 2-5 hours. i do not recommend making any additional appointments (beauty maintenance, doctors appts. etc) on the same day, as your end time may run over (especially when booking nail art). i will not rush through any service. please book the appropriate nail art tier and again anticipate that additional time may be needed. if you have questions about what nail art tier to book please follow the guide below or you may send me reference photos.
